I caught Princess Mononoke on the big screen opening weekend (in limited release). What a great movie! Besides the terrific animation it's also very moving. I highly recommend seeing this at the theatre!
The Sony DVD Player I got in Fall of '99 was stolen last June! That was my way cool Sony DVP 530D! I replaced it with the much cheaper Samsung DVD-M301 which seems to work fine despite the noticable lack of extra features. It's ok but I miss my Sony. Didn't feel like throwing down another $250 so I picked up the Samsung for $170 (total w/shipping).
